Update your Steve Tshwete Account(s)


For you to update your Steve Tshwete meter/account number, kindly follow the steps below:

Step 1

Log into your MyPP24Profile.

Step 2

Go to “Manage” and click on “Numbers & Accounts”.

Step 3

Click on “Manage Numbers" and choose “Electricity Meters”.

Step 4

Find the Steve Tshwete account that is incorrect and under it, click on “Action” and then “Delete”.

Step 5

Go to the top of the page and click on “Add New Meter Number”.

Step 6

Choose “Steve Tshwete Municipality” under “Municipality” and enter the new main Steve Tshwete account number under “Account Number”.

Step 7

Click on “Save”. (If your new Steve Tshwete account is the only meter on your profile, you can make it the primary meter number by clicking on “Action” and then “Make Default” under the meter).

Your updated account(s) are successfully updated in your MyPP24Profile!

If you wish to make a purchase right after updating your account(s), click on “Transact Now” at the bottom of the “Manage Electricity Meters” page.
