Use of Freshdesk for Email Support Tickets
Prepaid24 (Pty) Ltd uses the Freshdesk service offered by Freshworks, Inc. for the handling of our email support tickets. Every website user can submit a support ticket via our website. Upon submission of support tickets or during the assistance of the query at hand, the following information is obtained from the client, but is not limited to: email address, first & last names, cell number, IP address, and timestamp of occurring emails. The reason why we collect this data is to be able to provide efficient technical support and keep a history of the support questions and references.

Prepaid24 (Pty) Ltd uses the Freshchat service offered by Freshworks, Inc. for the operation of the Live Chat service on our website. Every website user may use the Live Chat option on our Site and talk to one of our personal support agents. By using the service, the following data is being processed, but is not limited to: email address, first & last names, cell number, IP address, and timestamp of the occurring chat(s). The reason why we collect this data is to be able to provide efficient technical support and keep a history of the support questions and references.
Any information that is disclosed by the client during any of the above communications, for applicable support and assistance reasons, is also obtained. We delete all data after 2 (two) years from the client’s last purchase if they have previously purchased from us or 2 (two) years after the date of registration if they have not bought from us.
Restricting the Collection of your Personal Data
At some point, you might wish to restrict the use and collection of your personal data.
