Set Up Your Scheduled Purchases

Capitec App

1. Login to your Capitec app and click on the middle “Transact” icon.
2. Click on “Recurring/future-dated”.
3. Choose “Payment”.
4. Select your Prepaid24 beneficiary (If you haven't added us as beneficiary yet, go to Set Up Prepaid24 Beneficiary & choose "Capitec Bank" to save Prepaid24 as a beneficiary).
5. Enter the amount you wish to make recurring.
6. Click on the circle next to “Recurring” on the far-right:
   • Click on “Choose frequency” and select your desired frequency that the payment should occur in.
   • Enter the “Start date” and the “End date” for how long you wish to have this recurring payment occur.
7. Enter your unique Prepaid24 reference & your desired statement description.
8. Click on “Add”.
9. Click on “Confirm” with the pop-up that will appear and select “Done”.

Capitec Online Banking

1. Sign into your Capitec online banking (https://direct.capitecbank.co.za/ibank/)
2. Click on “Go to payments menu” & then “Pay a beneficiary”.
3. Select your Prepaid24 beneficiary next to “My beneficiary” (If you haven't added us as beneficiary yet, go to Set Up Prepaid24 Beneficiary & choose "Capitec Bank" to save Prepaid24 as a beneficiary).
4. Then, click on “Pay the selected beneficiary (pay now, once or more than once on a future date)”.
5. Make sure that your correct unique Prepaid24 reference is entered next to “Description”.
6. Enter the amount you want to pay with every payment next to “Amount to pay”.
7. Then, click on “Pay this amount more than once on future dates”. Enter the following details:
   • Choose the frequency of your payments.
   • Enter the start date of your payments.
   • Enter the end date and/or the number of recurrences.
8. Click on “Pay this amount more than once on future dates” again.
9. Go to your Capitec App and enter your Remote PIN to approve the recurring payment being added.

Go to Capitec's Online Banking

FNB Banking App

1. Login to your FNB App.
2. Select “Payments” and then “Scheduled Payments.”
3. Select “Add” and then “New recipient”.
4. Choose “Specify recipient account details”.
5. Choose “Select bank/branch” or “Enter BIC code”.
6. Enter Prepaid24’s FNB banking details (If you haven't added us as beneficiary yet, go to Set Up Prepaid24 Beneficiary & choose "FNB" to save Prepaid24 as a beneficiary).
7. Enter the following information:
   • Account
   • Amount
   • References
   • Schedule Payments Dates
   • Etc…
8. Confirm the transaction and click “Finished”.

FNB Online Banking

1. Login to your FNB online banking and select the “Pay” tab.
2. Select the “Scheduled Payments” sub-tab and click on “Add”.
3. Fill in the fields displayed on the screen (If you haven't added us as beneficiary yet, go to Set Up Prepaid24 Beneficiary & choose "FNB" to save Prepaid24 as a beneficiary).
4. Click on “Add” at the bottom-right corner.
5. Review the confirmation screen. If you need to change any of the details, select the “Edit” button. If you are satisfied with the details, click “Confirm”.
6. The next screen will display the result of your scheduled payment. Click on “Finish” to return to the Scheduled Payments landing page.

Go to FNB's Online Banking

Nedbank App

1. Login to your Nedbank App.
2. Go to “Overview” and click on “My accounts”.
3. Swipe left to go to “Investments”.
4. Go to “Features” and click on “Recurring payments”.
5. Answer or choose options for the following:
   • The frequency of your payment (How often should payments be made?)
   • Choose the day on which the payment should be made
   • Enter the amount for how much you want to pay each time
   • Select the account from which the payments will be made
6. Click on “Set up” (If you haven't added us as beneficiary yet, go to Set Up Prepaid24 Beneficiary & choose "Nedbank" to save Prepaid24 as a beneficiary).

Nedbank Online Banking

1. Login to your Nedbank online banking, using your Nedbank ID.
2. Go to “Overview” and click on “My accounts”.
3. Choose “Investments” from the account menu.
4. Go to “Features” and click on “Recurring payments”.
5. Answer or choose options for the following:
   • The frequency of your payment (How often should payments be made?)
   • Choose the day on which the payment should be made
   • Enter the amount for how much you want to pay each time
   • Select the account from which the payments will be made
6. Click on “Set up” (If you haven't added us as beneficiary yet, go to Set Up Prepaid24 Beneficiary & choose "Nedbank" to save Prepaid24 as a beneficiary).

Go to Nedbank's Online Banking

Standard Bank App

1. Login to your Standard Bank app.
2. On your home screen, click on “Transact” & select “Pay”.
3. Find the Prepaid24 beneficiary & select “PAY” next to the beneficiary’s name (If you haven't added us as beneficiary yet, go to Set Up Prepaid24 Beneficiary & choose "Standard Bank" to save Prepaid24 as a beneficiary).
4. On the Payment Details screen, under “From”, select the account from which you want to pay.
5. Under “To”, enter the amount you want to pay & then select “Schedule Payment” to setup the payments:
   • Toggle the “Schedule this payment” switch to the right.
   • Choose the frequency of your payment under “How often”.
   • Select the “Number of payments” you want to make.
   • Set your “First payment date”.
6. Select “DONE” to proceed.
7. Back on the Payment Details screen, the number of scheduled payments will display. Click on “REVIEW” the top-right.
8. Check if all the details are correct and click “CONFIRM” at the top-right to finish off.

Standard Bank Online Banking

1. Sign into your Standard Bank Online Banking (https://bankonline.sboff.com/signin)
2. Click on “Payment” & select “Repeat payment” in the sub-menu.
3. Select the account from which you want to make the recurring payment, from the drop-down menu.
4. Enter the amount you want to pay next to your Prepaid24 beneficiary (If you haven't added us as beneficiary yet, go to Set Up Prepaid24 Beneficiary & choose "Standard Bank" to save Prepaid24 as a beneficiary).
5. Click on “Submit” and enter the following:
   • Choose the frequency of your payments.
   • Enter the start date of your payments.
   • Enter the end date by either choosing the date or the number of recurrences.
6. Click on “Next”.
7. Confirm your payment details and click on “Submit”.
8. To check the status of your payments: OK means it went through & for unsuccessful transaction you can mouse-over the Failed message and see why it failed.

Go to Standard Bank's Online Banking
