Add more meters to your MyPP24Profile

To add more meters to your MyPP24Profile & purchase electricity for more than one meter in a single payment, follow the steps below:

Step 1

Log into your MyPP24Profile.

Step 2

Go to “Manage” and click on “Numbers & Accounts”.

Step 3

Click on “Manage Numbers" and choose “Electricity Meters”.

Step 4

Click “Add New Meter Number”, choose the municipality of the meter you’re adding and enter the respective meter number. Click on “Save Meter”.

Step 5

Repeat step 4 for every meter you’d like to add.

Step 6

Once you’re done adding all your meter numbers, click on “Transact Now” at the bottom of the screen.

Step 7

On the "Transact Now" page, click on the “Prepaid Electricity” panel.

Step 8

Choose your meter number, enter your purchase amount, and click on “Add Purchase”. Do this for every meter you want to buy for.

Step 9

If you’ve added all your purchases, click on “Checkout”.

Step 10

Confirm your order & click on “Pay Now”. Choose your payment method and follow the prompts thereafter.

After making your payment, your electricity token will be sent to you via SMS and email within 15 minutes.

NOTE: If you have chosen Manual EFT as your payment option and you buy for more than one meter, you will receive a unique EFT reference number which you can use to make your EFT with. This reference changes each time you create a new purchase order, so you can only use it ONCE.
